Operator, law, and effective date
These terms are between you and ZC, are effective July 21, 2026, and are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Beta service
The service may change, experience downtime, or stop supporting a source. We may suspend abusive or unsafe usage. The free beta currently includes up to three reminders.
Daily checks are not continuous monitoring
Checks normally run once per day. A condition that appears briefly between runs may be missed. Times are estimates and can be delayed by source availability or service incidents.
Your responsibilities
Use Ai Notify lawfully and do not request access to private systems, bypass access controls, harass third parties, or submit secrets. You are responsible for reviewing a reminder before relying on it.
No professional or safety guarantee
Ai Notify is not financial, medical, legal, emergency, or safety advice. Do not rely on it for time-critical decisions, trading execution, health monitoring, or emergency alerts.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Notify is not responsible for indirect losses caused by delayed, missed, or inaccurate checks.
